
Our billet cylinders are made out of 100% USA 6061 - T6 aluminum. They are 100% machined in-house using a high-performance cast-iron sleeve with a minimum of .125" wall thickness in the aluminum, and the spigot thickness varies on different bore and engine combinations, but is usually anywhere from .075" to .092". The sleeve is a centrifugally cast high-strength Power Ductile™ iron. It has a lower carbon iron alloy with chromium, copper, and high nickel to produce a harder (241-293 BHN) more wear-resistant surface. The average tensile strength (45,000-50,000 p.s.i) is 1/3 greater than "regular" iron sleeves, which is what OEM use. We do offer custom engraving and powder coating. All of our cylinders are custom-made to order, so if you would like to order a set email us and we can send you an invoice. We do offer full kits with Pistons as well. If you want to use your own pistons, you can send them to us and we will finish honing the cylinders to your pistons for free.
